Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products on major online platforms in Hong Kong. Develop and implement effective online sales strategies, utilizing a three-pronged marketing strategy (social media + phone, email, and cold calling) to achieve sales targets.
2. Maintain and expand online customer base, communicating with customers through various channels such as email, social media, and online customer service, answering customer questions, providing professional product consultation and services (TimeTec TA and WPS Office), and building strong customer relationships.
3. Analyze online sales data, understand market trends and competitor positions, and promptly adjust sales strategies to improve sales performance.
4. Collaborate closely with marketing and operations departments to participate in the planning and execution of online marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and product sales.
5. Regularly compile sales reports, provide feedback on market information and customer needs, and provide reference for product optimization and business decision-making.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, marketing, e-commerce and other related majors are preferred. Applicants with more than [1] years of online sales or marketing work experience and fluent Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred.
2. Familiar with the operating rules and promotion methods of major online sales platforms (such as HKTV Mall, JD.com, Amazon, etc.), and have rich practical experience in online sales.
3. Have excellent communication and sales skills, be able to keenly grasp customer needs, have a strong sense of customer service and team spirit.
4. Proficient in using office software such as WPS/MS Office, have a certain understanding of data analysis, and be able to identify problems and propose solutions through data.
5. Be proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and have an innovative spirit and learning ability.

1. Competitive salary package: Base salary + generous commissions, no upper limit. High-performing employees can easily earn over HK$10,000 per month.
